Freight

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, at the most reasonable cost.  Products will be delivered to your door via NZ Post.  Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination. In the event that any product arrives damaged keep all damaged goods and packaging, and contact us immediately. Freight costs may change from time to time, also packaging or products. In the case of this happening you will be advised by return e-mail with the options available to you, including a refund if you wish.

Privacy

We will ensure your details and personal information held by us are safe. We never sell, trade or give the personal information you have supplied to anyone, however, NZ Post will receive your delivery information so they can deliver your package.
