We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, at the most reasonable cost. Products will be delivered to your door via NZ Post. Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination. In the event that any product arrives damaged keep all damaged goods and packaging, and contact us immediately. Freight costs may change from time to time, also packaging or products. In the case of this happening you will be advised by return e-mail with the options available to you, including a refund if you wish.
If products are to be sent overseas and the freight costs are not met, Mamaku Blue will retain the ordered product(s) until freight is paid in full. We will notify you if this happens, at which point a refund can also be requested.
